Concept Resourcing are looking for 2x SC/DV Cleared Project Manager to join a Central Government client based in Newport OR Titchfield.

This is an initial 6 month contract Inside IR35. Day rates between £550.00 - £650.00 per day.

*** CANDIDATES MUST HAVE CURRENT AND VALID SC/DV CLEARANCE AT A MINIMUM FOR THIS ROLE ***

Role:

• The role of the Project Manager is to lead / manage the project and the project team on a day-to-day basis.
• The Project Manager is responsible for driving and overseeing the delivery of the project to ensure that the objectives are clearly defined and achieved within the agreed time, cost and quality constraints.
• The Project Manager has a key role in project governance and working with stakeholders, to ensure the agreed project outputs are delivered to enable benefits to be realised.

The ideal candidate must have the following experience;

• Full project life cycle experience.
• Experience producing business cases and benefits realisation.
• Must have agile experience.
• Extensive change management experience.
• Previous experience working operating in multiple directorates across an organisation delivering projects/programmes/portfolio to help realise an organisational strategy.
• Knowledge and experience of GDS standards and government frameworks.
• Previous experience of within a business Architecture Transformation and Strategy team or working on Business Architecture Transformation and Strategy projects.
• Excellent 3rd party management and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous central government experience would be desirable.
• Must have the following qualifications; PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile Project Management Practitioner, APM Project Management Qualification and APM Practitioner Qualification.
• Must have an active SC/DV Clearance.
